First, review a summary of the services provided with a revocable living trust by clicking here;

Second, review and print a retention and fee agreement by clicking here;

Third, to the best of your ability, print out and complete the estate planning worksheet by clicking here (please do not include account or policy numbers or other personal financial information);

Fourth, sign the agreement, and mail the agreement together with the estate planning worksheet to our office. You will receive a telephone call within two days of receipt. Of course, if you have questions, please call or email us!
